So, to keep everyone in the loop…
WE FOUND A PLACE!
It’s a three bedroom townhouse in Richmond, near Garden City and Granville!
Pretty good location, and we’re definitely happy with what we got considering that we didn’t get to see it ourselves. It sounds like it’s in good condition and it passed the sister-in-law’s approval, so we’ll run with it!
Worst case, it’s only for a year until we get down to buying a place, so it’s all in perspective.
Now that the biggest and most ominous hurdle is out of the way in our move, the dominoes can take over and tumble down!
